Shipping

We offer Free Global Shipping with all orders to Europe and North America, with a $50 USD surcharge added for Australia and Asia.

We select certain paintings to ship via DHL Express due to the fragility and size (often of the frame). Otherwise, paintings will be shipped via La Poste with tracking and insurance.

We are a small company and aim to ship within 3 business days of receiving your order. After collection releases, this timeline is closer to 5 business days.

Return Policy

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business and international shipping we cannot accept returns.

Damages

While we pack each painting by hand in a custom box and wrapping, damages in shipping do sometimes occur. The most common damages are to the frames of the paintings, when pieces of moulding come lose or come off. Our paintings are typically priced for the artwork rather than the frames, so in the event your frame is damaged we will do our best to resolve this with you by offering guidance to fix the frame. Due to the nature of antique frames, please understand this is part of shipping antiques from another century around the world. Interior Designers

We are beginning to take requests from design firms and interior designers. Feel free to get in touch for orders of multiples or specific requests. We can also arrange a finder's fee for specific French decor items as we are sourcing art if you are working on a larger project.
