A 20th-century French School oil painting on wood, signed (illegible) in the lower left corner. The work has texture to the touch.

This small-scale landscape appears to be mostly abstract brushstrokes in purple and green, but upon closer inspection, it reveals itself to be a peaceful tree-lined pond. The painting is in excellent condition.
