This small scale painting has great colors, and shows a vibrant scene with small boats floating on a river under the arches of a bridge. The artist used generous paint to create a scene full of life, both on the river and along the banks. 

This painting is in good condition for its age, with paint missing just along the lower edge, due to a previous framing.
