Antique oil painting from France: Oil painting, signed A.Bentoit. Fine nuances for this light canvas. Very nice variation of brushstrokes. The frame sculpted in the form of pearls gives a relief to the work, the gilding is sober and combines wonderfully with the chestnut palette.
