Original oil painting from France: A beautiful still life painting from Jean Lasnier (1922-2006), without signature. This painting is part of a collection coming from Lasnier's Parisian atelier.
A Cubist-inspired work, you can see a fruit bowl and various table items. The shapes and dimensions are not completely broken up and re-created here. As is often the case in Cubist still lifes, the colors come to divide the work into different perspectives and offer us a new reality.

  • Condition: The panel has no significant missing pieces, just a few small misses near the edges and a small one to the right of the center. There are veins and cracks, mainly at the base of the vase and on the cup, as well as between the pitcher and candle holder. See photos for details of surface cracks and age.
